Property buyers, investors and businesses can discover unique asset opportunities in a vibrant carnival setting at Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026 being held this month in Kuala Lumpur.
Organised by Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd (NCM Co) and Owner Auction, the event made its debut in April to overwhelming response.
The second instalment of its “Auction Carnival Series” featuring live and hybrid auctions is set for July 28 and 29 at Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, from 10am to 5pm.
Visitors can browse more than 1,200 auction lots across property, automotive and art sectors, making it one of the largest multi-category auction showcases in Malaysia.
According to NCM Co in its press release, the July 28 programme will feature property and automotive auctions, while the July 29 session includes the Lapan Art Auction.
Visitors are encouraged to check auction listings in advance to find out when preferred properties, vehicles or artworks will go under the hammer.
Whether searching for a dream home, investment property, repossessed vehicles or unique artwork, the carnival offers something for everyone, NCM Co said.

The “jelajah” theme celebrates exploration and discovery, highlighting both investment opportunities and Malaysia’s rich culture and local businesses.
A variety of cultural performances, batik showcases, local food and beverage vendors and interactive activities will also be featured.
Visitors also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes.
Staying true to the carnival’s “Cuti-Cuti Malaysia” theme, grand prizes include a three-day, two-night all-inclusive stay at Tanjong Jara Resort, Terengganu, and two separate two-day, one-night stays at a participating five-star hotel of the winner’s choice, and two RM500 grocery vouchers.
Registered bidders who attend in person will also receive a complimentary entry gift.
The event serves as a platform for property owners seeking to divest assets through Owner Auction’s market-led bidding approach.
Corporations, financial institutions, developers and asset owners are invited to explore the firm’s comprehensive auction management services for customised property, art and specialised asset auctions.
