A TWO-DAY real estate, automotive and art auction carnival in Kuala Lumpur aims to enable the public to browse listings with ease.

“Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026” by auctioneers Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd (NCM Co), alongside Owner Auction and Lapan Art Auction, will be held on July 28 and 29 at the main foyer of Megan Avenue II in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur.

Its intention is to create a more accessible, engaging and transparent platform for buyers, owners and businesses.

In line with Visit Malaysia 2026, the event will include F&B vendors, exhibitions, family-friendly activities and an industry showcase.

By transforming auctions into a lifestyle and community event, the carnival provides home buyers and investors easy access to the property market through professional channels, according to an NCM Co press release.

NCM Co also helps banks auction off cars and real estate at the best market value through mass promotion and public awareness.

Owner Auction provides property owners an alternative disposal platform through hybrid auctions and nationwide promotional campaigns, helping them reach a wider pool of genuine buyers and achieve market-driven prices.

Lapan Art Auction, a dedicated art auction platform by Owner Auction, provides artists, galleries, collectors and art enthusiasts a professional marketplace to buy and sell artworks while promoting Malaysia’s growing art scene and creative economy.

Owner Auction provides professional auction management services to corporations, financial institutions, developers, asset managers and organisations seeking a trusted partner to organise auction events.

From property and automotive assets, to artwork and specialised collections, Owner Auction provides end-to-end auction solutions beyond its own auction hall, including off-site and customised auction events tailored to clients’ objectives.

NCM Co director and licensed auctioneer Low Chee Hian said, “We want to create a platform where buyers, property owners and corporations can discover the value of auctions in an open and engaging environment through ‘Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia 2026’.

“In conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026, we are also proud to showcase local businesses, food, arts and community experiences, making this carnival not just a marketplace for opportunities, but a celebration of Malaysia’s entrepreneurial and cultural spirit,” he said.
