HOMEBUYERS at selected OSK Property developments will receive furnished units complete with household appliance packages.

Through a collaboration with Ikea Malaysia, Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia, the “Joy of Living” initiative bundles furniture, fittings and appliances to help purchasers prepare their homes with less upfront spending.

Nara unit purchasers at OSK Shorea Park will receive fully furnished homes fitted with Ikea furniture and furnishings.

They will also have the option of customising their units with Ikea furniture of their choice to suit their lifestyle and household needs.

OSK Property said the furnishing package would provide purchasers with move-in-ready spaces designed for comfort, relaxation and everyday living.

Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia will also introduce appliance bundles exclusively for OSK Property customers.

The packages include Samsung refrigerators, washing machines and smart televisions, as well as Cuckoo water and air purifiers.

These appliances will be available through a five-year rental plan, allowing purchasers to equip their homes without having to pay the full cost at the outset.

Cuckoo and Samsung appliances will also be offered as guaranteed gifts and lucky draw prizes to purchasers of selected OSK Property projects.

The participating developments include Nara at OSK Shorea Park, Hana Hills, OSK Areca, Iringan Bayu, OSK Mori Park, Ayra and Sierra at OSK Yarra Park, as well as Taman Lang Aman.

The appliance bundles will be made available to both new and existing purchasers across all OSK Property developments.

OSK Property chief executive officer Chu Wai Lune said a home played an important role in the overall well-being of its occupants.

He said it should be a place where residents could rest, recharge, build meaningful relationships and enjoy everyday moments in comfort

“This strategic initiative with Ikea Malaysia, Cuckoo Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia allows us to bring together thoughtful design, functionality and wellness-focused living solutions in a more accessible way.
