Tuning in to closer ties

STAR Media Group (SMG) hosted a networking session with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) at its headquarters in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The visiting MDEC team comprised group chief executive officer (CEO) Anuar Fariz Fadzli, senior vice-president Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit, corporate services vice-president Azlan Sharom, the CEO’s office strategic communications director Frank Chan, public relations and media corporate communications senior manager Anthea Yap, the CEO’s office chief of staff Yvonne Yong Chuan Yin and the CEO’s office consultant Micheal Ang.

Representing SMG were group CEO Chan Seng Fatt, chief operating officer Lydia Wang, chief content officer Datin Paduka Esther Ng, client brand marketing senior general manager Sharon Lee and senior general manager Elicia Wee.

The guests were given a brief history and tour of SMG’s radio operations, with visits to Suria FM and 988 FM’s studios and an engaging session with the radio deejays. — By M. DHAANYA
