Perak village renewal scheme targets 1,000 new affordable homes a year

LANDOWNERS across Perak can now own a home at an affordable price under the “Skim Rumah Ibu”, which offers eight residential models priced between RM98,000 and RM238,000.

Rumah Ibu Sdn Bhd founder and president Datuk Dr Kamarul Rashdan Salleh said the company was ready to deliver some of the most affordable homes in the market, starting with the Fusion model.
