CLOSE to 500 images from 134 photographers went on display at Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival 2025 (KLPF) under the theme “Frames of Time: Capturing the Essence of Moments”.

They aimed to elicit reflection on memorable instances, said KLPF director Jessica Chan.

The annual event also brought together more than 100 exhibitors from tourism bodies, photography societies and individual photographers.

The three-day event at the KL Gateway Mall targeting 20,000 to 30,000 visitors included culinary offerings, workshops, programmes and photo walks.

In conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026, there was also a special showcase called “Pelbagai Bangsa, Pelbagai Budaya – Nadi Warisan Malaysia” and cultural performances.
