Property developer TSLAW Land held a Chinese New Year gathering for more than 100 homebuyers at its Skyline Embassy Property Gallery in Kuala Lumpur.

They enjoyed a festive lunch, and immersed themselves in arts and crafts as well as live music.

There was also a lion dance performance.

Hosted by executive director Law Wai Cheong and his family, the event was attended by homebuyers and their family members.

Guests mingled, took part in feng shui consultations for their future homes and had their fortunes told during a face-and-palm-reading workshop.

Participants also learned to make floral wreaths and took advantage of the Shanghai-themed decor to take Instagram-worthy photos with their loved ones.

Some also finalised the details of their purchases directly with the developer and visited the showrooms.

Adding to the festive atmosphere were musicians playing traditional instruments.

At the arrival of the auspicious hour, a lion dance performance by the award-winning Khuan Loke Dragon and Lion Dance Association, featuring six golden and two red lions, began.

After the performance, Law and his team wished the homebuyers good luck and prosperity and thanked them for validating TSLAW’s vision in crafting Skyline Embassy.

“The event is an opportunity to celebrate the festive season together while strengthening our relationship with esteemed guests,” said Law.

“As we celebrate this joyous Chinese New Year together, we also celebrate the trust and confidence our buyers have placed in Skyline Embassy.

“We are honoured to be part of their home-ownership journey.

“The overwhelming response with a 95% sales rate of Phase 1 reaffirms TSLAW’s commitment to creating homes that elevate lifestyles and set new benchmarks in urban living.”

Skyline Embassy comprises 1,296 units of serviced apartments in three towers and is located in the Embassy Row at Jalan Ampang, which is just 950m from Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

Law said the strong performance of Phase 1 reflected the high demand for well-designed, upmarket residences in the KLCC area.

The developer has now opened Phase 2 for sale.

“We are committed to understanding market needs and integrating innovative designs to create spaces that align with modern lifestyle demands.

“This approach ensures that we deliver the right product and price point to our valued customers,” Law said.
