Life & the City podcast back for second season

Following the success of its inaugural season, StarMetro’s Life & the City podcast returns for a new season that will be filled with laughter, humour and reflection!

The 10-episode-long first season, which premiered in June last year, saw hosts Aida Ahmad and Farid Wahab take audiences across a variety of hot button social issues affecting urban folk.

Among notable topics were assessment hike in Selangor, rise in cyberbullying, the increased number of working adults living with their parents in the family home, and debates over discontinuing national exams for Year Six and Form Three.

Life & the City’s second season is premiering tomorrow, opening with guest singer-songwriter and lecturer Azmyl Yunor sharing his insights on aging in Malaysia’s indie rock scene.

He also sheds light on the underground music scene.

Look out for the special surprise at the end of the show.
