SEREMBAN folk can enjoy a festive celebration this weekend in Bayu Sutera, Bandar Sri Sendayan in Negri Sembilan.

The “Fantasia Raya” event, organised by Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, will be headlined by Broadway Bunga Raya: A Malay Medley, a festive short musical.

The programme also includes traditional dances like kuda kepang and a repertoire of musical performances.

Visitors can participate in fun workshops too, such as painting their own spinning tops, crafting festive decor and trying their hand at making wau.

The family-friendly event also features a variety of fun games that range from Raya Tic-Tac-Toe to Raya Ball-in-the-Bucket Challenge, and an onsite food market stocked with festive delicacies.

Matrix Concepts chief marketing officer Lim Kok Yee said the annual festive showcase aimed to foster intercultural dialogue, embrace unity and create enduring connections.

“It is our aim to build a legacy of inclusivity and harmony through such community events.

“At the same time, visitors can experience the enchanting decor, thrilling games, vibrant performances and bustling bazaar,” he said.

While enjoying activities on offer, potential housebuyers can check out promotions on the developer’s latest projects, including Bayu Sutera, Irama Sendayan, Tiara Sendayan and Eka Heights.

Until May 12, the developer’s “Gempak Raya Bonanza” campaign offers incentives to potential owners.

During the period, buyers can enjoy convenient payment plans, exemptions on stamp duty and legal fees, and festive rewards of up to RM10,000 on selected properties.

Visitors keen on participating in the workshops are encouraged to register their interest online via matrixfantasiaraya.com.my

This weekend showcase – today and tomorrow – will take place from 5pm to 10pm daily.
