AFTER a two-year hiatus, members of the Penang Chefs Association (PCA) gathered for its 35th anniversary celebration.
The event held at Light Hotel Penang in Seberang Jaya attracted some 400 people, comprising PCA members and children from two charity homes – Pertubuhan Penyayang Chi Yun Bukit Mertajam and Pusat Pertubuhan Bakti Yong Ai.
