AFTER a two-year “truce”, culinary professionals resumed their fight for gastronomic supremacy at the biennial Battle of the Chefs (BOTC) 2022.

Armed with innovative ideas and astute palates, they cooked up a vast array of epicurean treats over three days of sizzling competition organised by the Penang Chefs Association (PCA) in George Town.
