‘Obstructed signboards posing danger to motorists’

Two examples of obstructed signboards in Kuala Lumpur that pose inconvenience or a danger to motorists.

OVERGROWN foliage and shrubs that obstruct signboards in the Klang Valley must be addressed promptly and efficiently as this can pose a danger to road users, says a road safety activist.

Alliance for Safe Community chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said not only did motorists have to contend with errant drivers, traffic congestions and poor road conditions, but driving to an unfamiliar destination also became more complicated because of obstructed signboards.
