WHILE the majority of vaccine recipients would be able to easily manage the requisite assessments and explanations at the vaccine dispensing centres (PPV) prior to getting the Covid-19 jabs, the process might be a little more challenging for some, such as the hearing impaired.

However, the community in the Klang Valley had been getting the help they needed as special arrangements were made to enable them to get their vaccinations in a timely manner.
