IMPROPER disposal of oil and grease from some 13 eateries in a commercial centre in Shah Alam has contributed to a build-up of large clusters of oil foam at an irrigation wastewater pond across a row of houses.

Oil, grease and even food scraps from eateries in U13 flow into the drainage network that ultimately enters the main drain which travels about 650m down the stretch into the wastewater pond.
