Come down hard on open burning culprits

The dreaded haze looks set to return to Sarawak. There are already big wildfires raging in many districts and the air quality is noticeably deteriorating.

There are worries that certain unscrupulous landowners in the state are using the current hot weather as an excuse to set fires to clear the vegetation on their vacant land.
