NCT Group of Companies celebrated the recognition awarded by The Malaysia Book of Records for its freehold development, the Grand Ion Delemen in Genting Highlands.
The celebration was made official by Tourism and Culture Ministry secretary-general Datuk Rashidi Hasbullah.
“We are honoured to enter The Malaysia Book Of Records for the ‘Highest Altitude Full-Fledged Serviced Apartment in Malaysia’,” said NCT Group managing director Datuk Sri Yap Ngan Choy.
Located 1,828m above sea level, Ion Delemen comprises seven exclusive residential towers at the peak of Genting Highlands.
Set against the mountainous backdrop, the development provides an elegant yet contemporary setting.
Designed by a renowned Australian architect, the living spaces of Ion Delemen gives one a sense of belonging that is elevated by its décor.

Following the ceremony, a property talk titled “Smart Investing True Serviced Residences” was delivered by executive director, editor and chairman of Property 360 Digest and resident property host of Traxx 90.3FM, Gunaprasath Bupalan.
The 45-minute session provided viewpoints and insights into investing in serviced residence properties.
The event was capped with viewing of Ion Delemen serviced residences, led by sales representatives.
