MIRI: Pustaka Sarawak Miri will be roping in renowned storytellers from overseas to inculcate the reading habit among children.

Seung Ah Kim from South Korea, Richard Dian Vitar from the Philippines and Roger Jenkins from Singapore will hold ‘Let’s read together’ storytelling sessions today.

Pustaka Sarawak Miri communications officer Sofina Tan said the sessions will take place at the library’s auditorium today from 11am.

Everyone in Sarawak can be part of the celebration by uploading a photograph of themselves reading with the hashtag #jombacaswk2018.

This reading programme is held in conjunction with the annual World Book and Copyright Day in April. For details, call 085-422 525 (Mohd Khadzrie Mohd Ramzie Faizal or Nur Alia Qaytriana Sim Abdullah).
