If you're looking for some music that best represents Malaysia, then check out this new clip from Malaysia Airlines.

The national carrier has just released its newest "boarding music" – a song it plays in the cabin while passengers are boarding.

The original track was co-produced by Malaysia Airlines' new inflight content provider, Aeroplay Entertainment. It features a mix of traditional musical instruments including the sape, kompang, gambus, gamelan, erhu, ghuzeng, veena and sitar.

"Boarding music is not just soothing and relaxing, it carries the identity of the airline and sets the tone for the journey. Keeping in mind the impact of boarding music as part of the passenger experience, we have composed a refreshing and upbeat track which is distinctively Malaysian.

The music is inspired by Malaysia's deep-rooted traditions, especially its well-known hospitable culture," said Prakash Johari, chief executive officer and managing director of Aeroplay Entertainment.

In line with the airline's Fly Malaysia campaign, the three-minute track is meant to help in promoting the beauty of Malaysia to the world. It will be available on all Malaysia Airlines flights, but if you're not flying anywhere just yet, you can also watch the music video on the company's YouTube channel.

The video showcases Malaysia's vibrant culture and community, and beautiful nature, which go perfectly well with the music.
