Sichuan spice turns up the heat

The bold, spicy cuisine of Sichuan in southwest China is the inspiration behind a Chinese New Year festive spread in Bandar Sunway.

“The Sichuan Roasted Whole Lamb with Pau and Sichuan Shaokao (barbecue skewers) are some of the highlights from our buffet this year,” said Sunway Resort Hotel executive chef Peter Lee Tong Siong.
