Festive mains are where the kitchen truly demonstrates its culinary range.

Its Roast Chicken with Foie Gras Stuffing offers seasonal cheer with a luxurious edge, while the Slow-roasted Beef Ribs with Rosemary Crumble delivers comforting flavours.

The Salmon Wellington, Pan-seared Seabass with Avruga Caviar Sauce and baked New Zealand Mussels with Cheddar add further refinement to the line-up.

For guests who enjoy local flavours, the Black Angus Beef Cheek Masak Rose provides a rich, spiced contrast to the western classics.

Complementing the mains is a spread of sides, including Maple-roasted Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Bacon and Creamy Potato Au Gratin.

Fresh salads include burrata, watermelon, feta and grilled eggplant toppings.

For chocolate lovers, the spread is especially irresistible.

Raspberry chocolate mousse offers a light yet decadent finish, complemented by silky chocolate pudding, handcrafted chocolate pralines and chocolate lollipops.

The festive cheer continues with gingerbread men and almond gingerbread, adding nostalgia and spice to the experience.

The Christmas dinner buffet on Dec 24 and 25 from 6.30pm to 10pm, is priced at RM288nett per adult and RM144nett per child.

Christmas Day brunch, from 12.30pm to 3pm, is priced at RM188nett per adult and RM94nett per child.

To usher in the new year, dinner buffets on Dec 31 and Jan 1, are priced at RM258nett per adult and RM129nett per child.

New Year’s Day brunch from 12.30pm to 3pm, is priced at RM198nett per adult and RM99nett per child.
