Spotlight on heritage flavours through rotating menu


A buffet at a Kuala Lumpur hotel, themed “Menjamu Selera di Dapur Imperial”, welcomes diner with over 100 curated dishes presented through a daily rotating menu.

Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur’s Roselle Coffee House features a Ramadan buffet celebrating heritage flavours, blending comforting traditional favourites, regional specialities and international delights.

The buffet showcases signature local dishes such as Sup Gearbox, Daging Rendang Tok, Kambing Kuzi, Udang Harimau Sambal, Ikan Tilapia Asam Pedas, Pucuk Paku Goreng Cili, Satay Ayam and Daging with Nasi Impit, and bubur lambuk.

Complementing these is seafood on ice featuring baby lobster, tiger prawn, scallop and flower crab, while fresh sashimi and sushi offerings include salmon, tuna, maki rolls and nigiri.

There is also diverse range of international offerings including Grilled Lamb with Ratatouille, Beef Goulash, Baked Oysters with Cheese, Salmon with Pine­apple and Mango Salsa, as well as Italian, Western and Asian favourites.

There are dedicated stations offering Briyani Kambing Panggang, roti canai, murtabak, dim sum, tempura items and charcoal-grilled items.

The experience ends with a dessert spread, including assorted Nyonya kuih, cheesecakes, artisanal chocolate creations, ais kacang, a chocolate fountain and ice-cream.

“Berbuka Selera di Dapur Imperial” is available until March 12, priced at RM238nett per adult, RM168nett per senior citizen (60 years and above) and RM128nett per child (seven to 12 years).
