SEVERAL Hilton Hotels in Malaysia are expanding their green initiative and using artificial intelligence (AI) technology to combat food waste.

It has been successful in achieving a significant reduction of 64% in food waste at Hilton Kuala Lumpur and DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City.
