The Ritzy Weekend Feast at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur welcomes the freshness of spring and summer with seasonal inspirations from the alpine wonderland of Niseko, Japan, known as the Aspen of the East.

Back by popular demand, chef Motokazu Yonezawa, affectionately known as Chef Moka, returns to prepare the feast, once again bringing his signature style of Japanese precision and Italian inspiration to the table.

From his celebrated Moka restaurant in Niseko-yo, the culinary and cultural hub of Niseko Village in Hokkaido, he delivers a menu defined by finesse, creativity and seasonal expression.

Complementing his creations is a rotating selection of weekend favourites, reimagined through his signature cross-cultural culinary philosophy, with an evolving journey through his most expressive pasta and risotto creations.

Each weekend unveils a different chapter, inspired by the fleeting beauty of springtime in Niseko, where pristine produce and subtle Japanese influences meet the soul of Italian cuisine.

Ritzy Weekend Feast diners are transported across countries and continents, where every visit offers something new and memorably crafted.

The Ritzy Weekend Feast is available until June 13 on Fridays and Saturdays from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

Priced at RM170++ per person, it is served at The Cobalt Room, Level One, The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.
