With Christmas in the air, roasts and sauces are taking centre stage on Indulge Coffee House’s festive buffet in M World Hotel Petaling Jaya.
Expect festive finds of Roasted Jumbo Chicken, Golden Roasted Turkey, Classic Beef Wellington, Seafood Strudel, paired with mushroom chestnut stuffing and Yorkshire pudding alongside cranberry and giblet sauces.
Besides fresh seafood, there are international and local dishes such as Spanish Seafood Paella, Baby Back Ribs, Barbecued Veal Sausage, Marinated Spicy Mango Salsa Spring Chicken, Teriyaki-glazed Norwegian Salmon, Herb-brushed Rack of Lamb, Chicken Tikka Masala, Daging Dendeng and Fried Nyonya Assam Prawns.
At the live action stations, diners can watch chefs preparing Spinach Pesto Ravioli, carving lamb shawarma and grilling premium cuts such as Wagyu, lamb shoulder and striploin.
They will also make seafood delights using salmon, tiger prawns, squid, slipper lobster and red snapper.
The dessert corner presents Pecan and Pumpkin Pie, Christmas Yule Log, Orange Chocolate Sable, Linzer Torte, eclairs, assorted macarons, chocolate fountain and deep-fried ice-cream.
The Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner is priced at RM218nett per adult and RM138nett per child.
Its A Merry Christmas Brunch on Christmas Day is priced at RM138nett per adult and RM88nett per child.
A Christmas Tea Soiree (2pm to 6pm) with a selection of fine teas from the hotel’s collection is available at the Lobby Lounge until Dec 31, priced at RM118 nett (for two) and RM168nett (for four diners).
The menu will feature Mini Savoury Chicken Pie, Ribbon Tea Sandwich Trio, Warm Cinnamon and Apple Puff Turnover, Strawberry Sable Delight, Cherry Yule Log Roll, Spiced Ginger and Chocolate Breton and Smoked Salmon and Dill Canapes.
The Grand Countdown Dinner on New Year’s Eve is tagged at RM218nett and RM138nett for adult and child respectively.
