Priced from RM238++ per person, these menus are ideal for reunions and corporate gatherings.
Featured dishes include Double-boiled Superior Fish Maw Soup with Dried Scallops, Cordyceps Flower and Chicken, Deep-fried Mandarin Fish with Shanghainese Sweet and Sour Sauce, Braised Spanish Pig’s Trotter with Sea Moss in Brown Sauce and Sweetened Cordyceps Flower with Snow Fungus.
Available a la carte are unique and delectable creations such as Shanghainese Family Hot Pot with Assorted Dried Seafood in Casserole, Deep-fried Beancurd Stuffed with French Goose Liver and Truffle Paste, Braised Zhejiang Spare Ribs and Deep-fried Crispy Glutinous Rice Cake with Yam.
Shanghai’s selection of yee sang, set and a la carte menus are available for lunch and dinner until Feb 15. These festive specialities are also available for home delivery and takeaway.
