MN Holdings steps up to Main Market

PETALING JAYA: Engineering solutions specialist MN Holdings Bhd has obtained approval from the Securities Commission to transfer its listing to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The proposed transfer, which was approved via a letter dated July 16, is subject to the fulfilment of the remaining regulatory requirements and approvals.

In a statement, MN Holdings said a successful transfer to the Main Market is expected to further enhance the group’s corporate profile, strengthen investor confidence, and improve its visibility among a broader base of institutional and retail investors.

It also positions the group on a stronger platform as it continues to participate in Malaysia’s infrastructure, power, energy and utilities development.

MN Holdings managing director Datuk Clement Toh said the group has strengthened its financial performance over the years, expanded its project portfolio, and enhanced its capabilities in delivering critical power and utilities infrastructure projects.

“The Main Market platform will further strengthen our visibility and credibility among clients, business partners and investors.

“More importantly, it places MN Holdings in a stronger position to capture opportunities arising from Malaysia’s continued investment in power infrastructure, data centres (DCs), renewable energy, water, gas and utilities-related developments.”

Throughout 2026, MN Holdings has continued to strengthen its presence in the infrastructure utilities construction industry by securing a series of contract awards for high-voltage consumer landing stations, substation equipment and related power infrastructure works across central and southern Peninsular Malaysia.

Beyond DC-related projects, MN Holdings also continues to build momentum across other infrastructure segments.

In June 2026, the group secured an RM19.1mil extension of works from Tenaga Nasional Bhd for the 132-kilovolt PMU Masjid Tanah project, followed by a RM46.6mil solar farm project in July 2026.

“These awards demonstrate MN Holdings’ continued ability to secure projects across infrastructure segments.”
