CTOS reports higher 3Q earnings

PETALING JAYA: CTOS Digital Bhd’s net profit for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2026 rose to RM27.54mil from RM24.69mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM87.57mil from RM83mil a year earlier.

For the nine month period ended Sept 30, 2026, net profit rose to RM68.71mil from RM60.29mil a year earlier, while revenue grew to RM256.02mil from RM238.08mil previously.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CTOS said the higher revenue during the cumulative period was due to continuous growth in both Malaysia and its international operations.

“Despite higher revenues across all customer segments, segment profit from Malaysia operations was flat versus last year as we incurred higher operational expenditures for cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation, and impacted by suspension of some credit reporting services.”

CTOS declared a third single-tier interim dividend of 0.70 sen per share, to be paid on Jan 27, 2027.
