Balance urban renewal with responsibility

The National House Buyers Association (HBA) fully concurs with Federal Territories Minister Hannah Yeoh’s recent emphasis on balancing modern community requirements with existing infrastructure capacity.

Urban renewal is not merely about replacing old buildings with taller, newer ones. It is about creating sustainable communities, where housing, transport, schools, healthcare facilities, drainage, utilities, infrastructures and public spaces evolve in harmony.
