Datuk Dr. Adzuan Abdul Rahman
KUALA LUMPUR: TMC Life Sciences Bhd
(TMCLS) has appointed Datuk Dr Ahmad Adzuan Abdul Rahman as its group chief executive officer (CEO).
Adzuan is a founding member and was the adviser of Novotec Group Pte Ltd.
He had served as the regional managing director and executive vice president of IDS Medical Systems group from October 2020 to June 2023.
He also served as CEO of Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur from March 2015 to August 2018, TMCLS said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
In a separate filing, TMCLS also announced that its current group CEO Dr Melvin Heng Jun Li had been redesignated as a non-executive director.
He serves as an executive director and group CEO at Thomson Medical Group Ltd, Singapore. His past roles included CEO of Gleneagles Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022. — Bernama
