TXCD secures RM110mil construction job


PETALING JAYA: Construction outfit TXCD Bhd has been subcontracted by Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd to build the structure works for a 62-storey commercial property block valued at RM110mil project and located in Seksyen 44, Kuala Lumpur.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that the small-office virtual-office project would commence on Oct 2, 2026, and be completed on Dec 31, 2028.

It added that the company’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd, would be responsible for the provision of materials, goods and standards of workmanship of a quality and standard described in the documentation and required by the contractor.

Ageson Kensetsu would also be responsible for the adequacy, stability and safety of all site operations and of all methods of construction of the subcontract works.
