LSH Capital gets SC, Bursa Securities nod for transfer to Main Market


KUALA LUMPUR: Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (LSH Capital) has received approvals from the Securities Commission (SC) and Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to transfer to the Main Market.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, it said the SC, via its letter dated Oct 2, 2026, has approved the proposed transfer of listing, while Bursa Securities, via its letter dated the same date, has approved the proposed transfer under the "construction” sector. 

"The proposed transfer of listing will take effect two market days after the announcement to Bursa Securities,” said LSH Capital. 

As at the latest practicable date (LPD), the issued share capital of LSH Capital is RM447.51 million comprising 838.36 million ordinary shares.

Approximately 32.37 per cent of the total number of LSH Capital shares are held by 2,002 public shareholders, each owning no less than 100 shares. 

LSH Capital has been listed on the ACE Market since March 21, 2025, following its transfer from the LEAP Market.

LSH Capital has a total issued share capital of 838.36 million shares. As of Oct 1, 2026, which was the last market day before the announcement, the five-day volume-weighted average price was RM1.6165 per share.

This results in an approximate market capitalisation of RM1.36 billion for LSH Capital. - Bernama
