PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd has announced a new property development project, Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong, with an estimated gross development value of RM290.96mil.

The project will be undertaken by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Seiring Setia Sdn Bhd, while the construction contract will be awarded internally to Inta Bina Sdn Bhd

Located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, the development spans a 36-month timeline, having commenced on Oct 1, 2026.

Senja Residensi comprises 499 serviced apartment units split across two main towers: Block A (19 storeys, 247 units) and Block B (18 storeys, 252 units).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Inta Bina Group stated the project will be financed through internally generated funds and external borrowings. The project is structured to enhance Inta Bina’s order book and earnings visibility over the next three years.

Managing director Paul Lim said: “Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong marks another milestone in Inta Bina’s growth journey as it embarks on its second property development project, following the successful delivery of vacant possession for our first development in mid-July 2026.

"We view property development as a complementary growth platform alongside our core construction business. The project supports our strategy of creating long-term shareholder value through a more balanced earnings profile comprising both construction and property development activities.”
