BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: imagine Sdn Bhd, in collaboration with Huawei Technologies (B) Sdn Bhd, on Friday (April 25) launched its Imagine Fibre Everywhere service, offering Fibre-To-The-Room (FTTR) technology that ensures stable Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 coverage throughout homes — eliminating dead spots and enabling future-ready digital lifestyles.

The launch ceremony, held at Garden’s Veranda in Rimba, was attended by Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam Xiao Jianguo, Managing Director of Minsan Dcon Sdn Bhd Dr Galvin Lai Piang Fatt, representatives from Huawei Brunei, Incomm Sdn Bhd, business partners and members of the Imagine team.

A signing ceremony between imagine and Minsan Dcon Sdn Bhd was also held, marking a strategic collaboration to integrate fibre-ready infrastructure into 66 residential units in Salambigar and Bengkurong.

The project, supported by Huawei Brunei, marks Brunei’s first fibre-ready housing estate development.

Signing on behalf of Minsan Dcon Sdn Bhd was its Managing Director, while Acting CEO of imagine Allen On Hsien Yung represented the national telecom provider.

The collaboration with Huawei — a global leader in digital infrastructure — underscores imagine’s commitment to innovation, digital inclusion and quality service. Imagine reiterated its belief that future-ready connectivity should be accessible and affordable to all, in line with the nation’s Wawasan 2035 goals of fostering innovation and building a dynamic, sustainable economy.
