BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Mohd Isham Jaafar (pic) on Thursday (Dec 23) confirmed the first case of the highly transmissible Covid-19 variant Omicron in the sultanate.
“The case arrived in the country from the United Kingdom (UK) on Dec 17, where the person was quarantined on arrival,” said the minister at the daily press conference.
