Laos, Vietnam boost special relationship, agree to build Friendship University

VIENTIANE: Laos and Vietnam strengthened their special friendship relations on Thursday (Feb 5) by signing six cooperation documents, including an agreement to build the Laos-Vietnam Friendship University in Laos.

The Memorandums of Understanding (MoU)was signed between Laos’ Ministry of Education and Sports and Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.
