PETALING JAYA: Rising young woman professional J. Yasshmita’s push to become a top 20 player by 2025 received a shot in the arm after she was included in the Podium Programme.

Yasshmita, 19, who has been self funded by her father V. Jadishkumar 2015, has been playing on the Professional Squash Association (PSA) challenge tour and satellite tournaments for the last four years.
