Sivasangari downs top seed to reach Asian Games squash final


HANGZHOU: Malaysia's squash player S. Sivasangari overcame Japan's top seed Satomi Watanabe to reach the women's singles final at the Hangzhou Asian Games.

Sivasangari, the silver medallist behind Nicol David in the women's singles at the last Asiad in Indonesia five years ago, beat her opponent 11-8, 11-8, 11-4 in the semi-final on Wednesday (Oct 4).
