I REFER to the letter “Flaws in KLIA Vehicle Access Management System must be corrected immediately” (The Star, May 5).
There is a profound irony in a “management system” that renders a facility unmanageable. When technology meant to streamline a process instead acts as a mechanical bottleneck, it is an indictment of the planning and testing phases of the rollout.
