Onus always on the consumer in insurance matters

I REFER to the report “Insurance stops where conflict starts” (The Star, April 16).

“Do you want insurance for your new car windscreen?” “How about travel insurance for your holiday?” These are the questions your typical car salesman or travel agent will ask.
