THE hike in water tariffs in Negri Sembilan is entirely understandable.

The rationale given included restructuring the state’s RM700mil debt to Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) for the Ngoi-Ngoi 2 Water Treatment Plant as well as funding the construction of new dams for long-term use.
