As correctly and succinctly highlighted by the writer, all candidates who intend to pursue the Parallel Pathway to acquire specialist qualifications from the Royal Colleges in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scotland are mandated to first register with the Health Ministry’s (MOH) Medical Development Division (MDD).
