Strengthen oversight of recreational diving

ON behalf of the Malaysia Scuba Diving Association (MSDA), I extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Mohammed Seyar Musazay, who tragically lost his life during an introductory scuba-diving activity near Kampung Salang, Pulau Tioman, on Sept 30.

This tragedy follows another fatal incident involving a foreign tourist after a diving activity in Tioman on Sept 12.
