On Thursday (May 28) night, in Seri Menanti, neither of those things went according to plan.

Did a car really land on the roof of a house in Kuala Pilah, Negri Sembilan?

TRUE

A car lost control and crashed onto the roof of a house at the foot of a hill near Jalan Kampung Tanjung Bachang, Seri Menanti, Kuala Pilah on Thursday night.

Kuala Pilah district police chief Supt Muhamad Mustafah Hussin said two passengers sustained minor injuries and received treatment at Kuala Pilah Hospital, while the 63-year-old driver and one other passenger were unharmed.

"Initial investigations found that the car was travelling from the direction of Seri Menanti towards Seremban when the driver lost control and skidded before crashing into the roof of a house located below the hill," Muhamad Mustafah said in a statement on Friday (May 29).

He added that the tenant of the house was not home at the time of the incident.

The case is being investigated under Regulation 10 of the Road Traffic Rules 1959 and further investigations are ongoing.
