The footage, shared on the official police Facebook page, showed the officers helping to push stranded vehicles and evacuating victims to safer locations despite the floodwaters.
According to Sinar Harian, the four officers involved were identified as Corporal Ahmad Safuan Zulkipli, Corporal Hisham Hashim, Lance Corporal Mohamad Taufik Ibrahim and Lance Corporal Muhammad Hafiz Azmi.
All victims were successfully rescued without any injuries reported.
The video drew widespread praise from netizens who commended the officers for their swift action and bravery, with the post noting that their response was driven by a strong sense of public safety and concern for those affected.
