Recently, a video went viral online along with the claim that a fight broke out among a group of local football fans outside Bukit Jalil Stadium after the Malaysia v Vietnam football game ended on Tuesday (June 10).

The recent international football match turned ugly after a group of supporters fought, leading to arrests.
In a statement on Wednesday (June 11), Cheras deputy OCPD Supt Ridzuan Khalid said that following the Malaysia vs Vietnam football match at the Bukit Jalil stadium on Tuesday, a fight broke out amongst local supporters.
"The police arrested five local men aged between 19 and 27 years old at carpark B of the stadium for allegedly being part of the fight following the football match between Malaysia and Vietnam," he said.
He added that all suspects were remanded for one day.
"Investigations are still ongoing and will be referred to the deputy public prosecutor's office for further instructions," he said.
A video of the fight had made its way onto social media.
The one-minute video showed a group of supporters fighting along the main road in front of the carpark entrance.
Several policemen can be seen arresting the suspects as well.
