A video has gone viral on social media, which apparently shows Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin saying that he has yet to receive his Covid-19 booster shot. Is the video correct?

PARTIALLY TRUE
The Health Ministry has issued a statement saying that the video being circulated was an old one that was taken during a press conference by Khairy after visiting the Private Covid-19 Health Screening Centre at the KL International Airport (KLIA) on Sept 20, 2021.
"At that time, the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) for the first and second dose was still in full swing.
“Only 79.6% of the adult population had completed their vaccination at the time, which did not yet meet the target of 90% adult inoculation," the statement read.
The ministry said the national booster rollout had not yet started in September 2021, adding that priority was given to vulnerable groups consisting of the elderly, as well as those with co-morbidity and at risk of infection.
