Myanmar confirms 28th case

A 63-year-old man who had close contact with the eighth confirmed patient tested positive for Covid-19, taking the number of confirmed cases to 28, according to a statement by the Health and Sports Ministry.

The 28th patient living in Bahan Township is a family member of the eighth patient. Due to the close contact with the confirmed patient, he had been placed under home quarantine since March 28.
