Covid-19 death toll at 3,345, over 97,000 cases

PARIS (AFP): The number of Covid-19 cases in the world rose to 97,510, including 3,345 deaths, across 85 countries and territories by 1700 GMT Thursday (March 5), according to a report compiled by AFP from official sources.

Since 1700 GMT Wednesday, 2,699 new contaminations and 100 new deaths were identified.
