TOKYO (Bloomberg): Japan is set to let passengers leave a cruise ship quarantined off Yokohama, trying to assure the public it has done all it can to prevent spreading the new coronavirus from the vessel that has the most infections of any place in the world outside China.
Many of those who leave the ship will be subject to another 14 days of quarantine once they return home, such as the 200 people Australia plans to fly out on a charter flight.
