TWO brothers in Kedah are taking their mother on a pilgrimage to 70 temples of Lord Murugan to mark her 70th birthday, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Pazhaniandi Masilamani and M. Chandramohan began the journey with their mother Selvam Muniandy on July 31.
So far, they have visited 43 temples in Singapore, Johor, Melaka, Negri Sembilan, Penang and Kedah.
The siblings said the pilgrimage was their way of thanking their mother for her sacrifices, and Lord Murugan for blessing them with a wonderful mother.
The family will continue their pilgrimage to 27 more temples with the journey culminating at the Batu Caves temples on Aug 15 as their 70th stop.
